Raphael is one spunky dude who will always make you laugh with his tomfoolery. He can be a rowdy guy so he loves to wrestle and play chase with his foster siblings so he would do best in a home with other cats that can keep up with him. When he finally gets tired his sweet side comes out and he loves to snuggle up with his foster dad. We would also prefer he is adopted with his foster brother Eugene since he is so used to Eugene’s quirks and needs.
